<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test strip for immunochromatography in which coagulation of gold colloid does not occur while hematids in whole blood are coagulated for separation and removal when a polybrene as a coagulation agent for hematid, and a gold colloid conjugate as a detection reagent are used.SOLUTION: Provided is the detection method in which coagulation of the gold colloid is suppressed, by using a specific additive, and one kind or two or more kinds of compounds selected from a group formed of compounds belonging to (A) salt of divalent metal, (B) salt of sulfuric acid and metal or onium, (C) salt of metal and sulfur dioxide, (D) carboxylic acid chelator, and (E) poly-basic amino acid.</p> |
