PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hot stamped steel plate in which coating adhesion is improved.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a hot stamped steel plate of one embodiment comprises: preparing a steel plate material; executing hot-dip galvanizing treatment to the steel plate material; washing the steel plate material to which hot-dip galvanizing treatment is performed by alkali aqueous solution having pH at 12.5 or more to manufacture a steel plate for hot stamping; and heating the steel plate for hot stamping after washing by the alkali aqueous solution to point Ato 950°C and then quenching the steel plate for hot stamping while pressing by using a metal mold to form a hot stamped steel plate.
