<p>The present invention relates to a sliding-type moon pool flap structure and an offshore structure having the same, and more specifically, to a sliding-type moon pool structure, which reduces dead spaces by minimizing the operation radius when a moon pool flap is opened and closed, expands spaces for installing other equipment, secures operation reliability with a support and movement structure in the upper and lower ends, and does not need full recovery of drilling equipment inside the moon pool, and to an offshore structure having the same. According to the present invention, provided is the sliding-type moon pool flap structure comprising a sliding unit structured to move a flap to be slid in the moon pool; the flap, which is combined to the sliding unit and opens and closes the opening unit of the moon pool by being vertically and horizontally slid in one end and the other end; and a driving unit which transfers a driving force for the flap to be slid.
