PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer insulated wire that is excellent in heat resistance, low smoking property, flame retardancy, abrasion resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and low toxicity and is suitably used as a wire for vehicles, such as an automobile, a train and the like, which complies with EN standard (European standard).SOLUTION: The multilayer insulated wire has: a conductor; an inner layer provided on the conductor and covered with (A) a polyolefin resin composition produced by blending 60-95 pts.mass of (a) a low-density polyethylene, 5-40 pts.mass of (b) an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer, 30-130 pts.mass of (c) a metal hydroxide, and 0.1-1 pt.mass of (d) a metal damage inhibitor; and an outer layer provided on the inner layer and covered with (B) a polyester resin composition composed of, based on 50-95 pts.mass of (e) a polyester resin, 20-50 pts.mass of (f) a polyester block copolymer, 5-20 pts.mass of (g) a polyorganosiloxane core graft copolymer, 0.5-5 pts.mass of (h) a hydrolysis inhibitor, 10-30 pts.mass of (i) a magnesium hydroxide, and 3-15 pts.mass of (j) a metal oxide. |
