PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice analysis device or the like capable of visually grasping transition of utterance condition among utterers.SOLUTION: A voice analysis device includes: a data receiving part 21 which acquires information on voice of a plurality of utterers acquired by a first microphone 11 and a second microphone 12 for acquiring voice; an output part 24 which displays an utterance condition icon indicating respective utterance conditions of the plurality of utterers and a locus of the utterance condition icon; and a display determination part which determines a display position of the utterance condition icon and a display of the locus on the basis of the information on the voice.
