PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a printed wiring board which provides excellent pull-out resistance.SOLUTION: A printed wiring board 1 includes a base substrate 3, a plurality of pads 15a, 17a for electrical connection arranged on one side of the base substrate 3, at the connection end 13 for connection with other electronic component 50, wirings 9, 11 connected with the pads 15a, 17a, and engaged parts 28, 29 formed at the side edge part of the connection end 13, and locked to the engaging part 58 of other electronic component 50 in the pull-out direction. Furthermore, the printed wiring board 1 includes reinforcement layers 31, 32 arranged on the front side of the engaged parts 28, 29 and on the other side of the base substrate 3, when viewing in the connection direction with other electronic component, and formed separately from the wirings 9, 11. |
