摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of capturing an image from which a fixed pattern noise has been removed, regardless of an image or noise mode without considerably adding hardware.SOLUTION: An optical image measuring device includes an interference optical system and image forming means. The interference optical system divides light from a wavelength scan type light source into signal light and reference light and detects interference light of signal light and reference light passing through an object to be measured. On the basis of the interference light detected by the interference optical system, the image forming means forms an image of the object to be measured. The interference optical system includes an optical member disposed in an optical path of the signal light or an optical path of the reference light. The image forming means calculates a phase shift caused by an optical member, corrects a phase of a spectrum of the interference light on the basis of the calculated phase shift, and forms the image on the basis of the corrected spectrum of the interference light.
