<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation detection sensor capable of outputting an accurate angle signal in accordance with a rotation angle of a rotating body having a plurality of magnetic poles arranged on a circle, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A rotation detection sensor 30 includes a sensor unit 31 which detects a direction (angle) of a magnetic field varied in accordance with rotation of a brushless motor 10 to output a detection signal corresponding to an intensity in the direction (angle). The rotation detection sensor 30 includes also a circuit unit 32 which has a threshold set for each of plurality of angles into which a fixed rotation angle of the brushless motor 10 is equally divided. The plurality of thresholds are set at unequal intervals for a signal value of the detection signal corresponding to the fixed rotation angle. Thus, an angle signal can be outputted for each of equally divided angles though the signal value of the detection signal is not linearly varied in accordance with the rotation angle of the brushless motor 10.</p> |
