<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeder which prevents deformation of paper.SOLUTION: The paper feeder comprises: a paper feed mount 120 where pieces of paper are mounted; and a side fence 140 disposed so as to be adjusted to left and right directions of the paper mounted, and regulating paper 200 in a width direction, in which a position of the paper feed mount can be lifted up to a paper feed position where the pieces of paper mounted are supplied to a printing part from a set position where the pieces of paper are set on the paper feed mount. The paper feeder further comprises: a side fence width acquisition part 142 for acquiring length of width of the side fence adjusted according to the pieces of paper; a determination part 32 for determining whether a change amount of the length of the width of the side fence generated by the pieces of paper mounted on the paper feed mount exceeds a predetermined amount or not, when the paper feed mount is moved to the paper feed position from the set position after width adjustment of the side fence; and a warning part 38 for issuing warning of readjustment of the width of the side fence to a user when the determination part determines that the change amount of the length of the width of the side fence exceeds the predetermined amount.</p> |
