<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a return spring for a protective cover, while avoiding an increase in the scale of a cutter.SOLUTION: A circular saw 1 comprises: a body 2 for supporting a saw blade 3 rotatably; a protective cover 40 which is turnably supported by the body 2, and covers part of the saw blade 3; and a return spring 70 bridging a first fixation point 71 disposed on the body 2 and a second fixation point 72 disposed on the protective cover 40. The return spring 70 bridges the first fixation point 71 and the second fixation point 72 via a fulcrum 73 present at a position deviated from a line L connecting the first fixation point 71 and the second fixation point 72.</p> |
