<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic deburring device which can remove burrs of a workpiece by immersing the workpiece in a cleaning fluid stored in a washing tank and emitting an ultrasonic wave to the cleaning fluid and prevent the removed burrs from re-adhering to the workpiece.SOLUTION: A workpiece 4 attached to a workpiece fixture 6 is immersed in a cleaning fluid 2 stored in a washing tank 1, an ultrasonic wave is emitted from an ultrasonic vibrator 7 provided in the washing tank 1 while rotating the workpiece by a motor 5, and burrs of the workpiece 4 are removed. The removed burrs are discharged from an upper surface and a side surface of the washing tank 1 together with the cleaning fluid 2 by water flow caused by rotation and water flow caused by supplying the cleaning fluid 2 from a supply port 12, and are collected by a filter 11 via a recovery tank 3. The cleaning fluid 2 is made to pass a conduit by a pump 10 and re-supplied from the supply port 12.</p> |
