Provided is a fiber undulation detection method for a conductive composite material in which: a pair of electrodes (11, 12) are connected to a test specimen (S) that comprises a conductive composite material and through which current is made to flow in the direction of conductive fibers (SE) in the conductive fiber fabric (SS) of a plurality of prepregs (S2, S4, …, Sn) that are targets for confirming the presence or absence of undulation among a plurality of prepregs (S1-Sn) that constitute the test specimen (S); current is subsequently made to flow between the pair of electrodes (11, 12) and a magnetic field sensor (3) is made to scan relative to the test specimen (S); and a section in which magnetic field change is detected by the scanning of the magnetic field sensor (3) is determined to be a section in which undulation of the conductive fibers (SE) is present in the conductive fiber fabric (SS) of the plurality of prepregs (S2, S4, …, Sn) that serve as targets for confirming the present of absence of undulation. It is thus possible, for example, to grasp the state of fibers throughout all of a test specimen of a conductive composite material. |
