<p>Provided are a pipette gun (10), a pipetting device, and a pipetting method. The pipette gun (10) comprises a pipetting sleeve (1), at least two pipetting pipes (2) and one monitoring pipe (3), wherein the pipetting pipes (2) and the monitoring pipe (3) are inserted and fixed in the interior of the pipetting sleeve (1); a liquid inlet end of each of the two pipetting pipes (2) protrudes out of the upper end of the pipetting sleeve (1) and is respectively connected to a reagent bottle, a liquid outlet end thereof protrudes out of the lower end of the pipetting sleeve (1); and the monitoring pipe (3) is internally provided with a pressure sensor. The pipetting device comprises a pipette gun (10), a drive mechanism (20) for driving the pipette gun (10) to move up and down, a nozzle frame (30) located below the pipette gun (10) for placing a nozzle (40), and an air pump. The pipetting device can accurately perform operations of liquid transferral and liquid extraction, and can also detect the amount of liquid or staining solution extracted in the pipette gun (10) and the liquid level of the staining solution in a staining bottle, and remind an operator to add the staining solution.</p> |
