<p>The present invention relates to a yogurt powder composition and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the yogurt powder composition comprises gelatinized starch, milk components, dried yogurt powder, lactobacillus and organic acid. The yogurt powder composition shows an excellent effect in providing the texture and flavors of yogurt by simply dispersing in water contrary to the conventional yogurt powder.</p> |
