<p>The present invention relates to a high acid resistant electroless plating method for a plasma process component, in a surface treatment method for wear resistance and corrosion resistance of aluminum. The high acid resistant electroless plating method for a plasma process component comprises: a preprocessing step to remove a contaminant in a material; a desmut step to remove smut in the material wherein the contaminant is removed; a polishing step to obtain a roughness in the material after the desmut step; a zincate step to remove an oxide film on the material; a strike forming step to secure adhesion; and a nickel (Ni) - tungsten (W) - phosphorus (P) plating step to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance on a surface of a nickel (Ni) plated material.</p> |
