<p>An apparatus and a method to manufacture ice and snow are disclosed in the present invention. The present invention comprises: a cylindrical housing having divided inner chambers on a wall side; a coolant pipe supplying a coolant by being respectively connected to the inner chambers; a rotary shaft formed on the center of the housing; a screw moving along an internal wall of the housing while being rotated by being connected to the rotary shaft; and an injection nozzle bar connected to the rotary shaft.</p> |
