The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method to support an altitude drop training wherein in a high altitude drop training in the military or a military experience training, enables to fall with a predetermined drop velocity on a constant angled drop zone, and prevents accidents from occurring over a speed limit of the altitude drop training. The support altitude drop training apparatus comprises: a closed loop rail which comprises a constant angled drop zone, a rise zone, and a parallel zone formed in between the rise and drop zone; a plurality of falling apparatus connected to the closed loop rail in a movable way, and moves along with the closed loop rail responding to a drop request signal entered outside; and a drop operation apparatus which transmits a drop request signal to the drop apparatus in accordance to a physical operation. Because a drop training system is automated accordingly, being fallen with a predetermined drop velocity on a constant angled drop zone prevents accidents from occurring over the speed limit, thus ensuring safety. |
