PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent an end part of a rotor core formed by laminating steel plates from being deformed while being magnetized.SOLUTION: A rotor 3 of a rotary electric machine 1 includes: a rotor core 20 provided with a plurality of laminated steel plates; a plurality of permanent magnets 21, fixed at an outer peripheral surface of the rotor core 20, whose lengths in an axial direction are shorter than the rotor core 20; and an adhesive part 25A provided between axial direction end parts 21a of the permanent magnets 21 at the outer peripheral surface of the rotor core 20 and an axial direction end part 20a of the rotor core 20. |
