PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency when work interference occurs under a situation where a plurality of operators simultaneously works.SOLUTION: A time information acquisition unit 11 of a work interference reduction apparatus 1 receives a start time and finish time of work from a workplace terminal 6. A work time prediction unit 14 registers the start time and finish time with a work time table, refers to a work list and a work time master to select a next work range, and refers to the work time master and a movement time master to calculate a predicted start time and predicted finish time of the work range selected. A work interference detection unit 15 refers to the work time table to correct the predicted time when work interference occurs, and refers to a work range change master to change the work range. A work determination unit 16 determines the work range whose start prediction time is the earliest to generate work instruction information for instructing work of the work range determined, and a work instruction output unit 17 transmits the information to an operator terminal 7. |
