The present invention provides an emergency situation determination device and a control system therefor, the device comprising: a detection unit; a determination unit; and an identification unit. The detection unit detects at least one current information from among: an operation of tracking and detecting current location information; an operation of detecting current periphery image information that is currently being photographed; an operation of detecting current atmospheric pressure information; an operation of detecting current body temperature information; an operation of detecting current impact information; an operation of current movement information; an operation of detecting current pulse information; an operation of current compressed air tank pressure information; and an operation of detecting current identification number information. The determination unit receives the at least one current information detected by the detection unit and determines whether the at least one current information deviates from at least one reference information from among: predetermined reference location information; reference periphery image information; reference atmospheric pressure information; reference body temperature information; reference impact information; reference movement information; reference pulse information; reference compressed air tank pressure information; and reference identification number information. If the determination unit determines that the at least one current information deviates from at least one reference information, then the identification unit identifies a current emergency situation.
