摘要 本发明系为一种液体燃料气化钢瓶容器,尤指针对市场上的液化石油气(瓦斯)钢瓶装置属于高压危险之钢瓶管制品,且所产生之瓦斯燃烧效率低落且成本过高的缺点加以改良之设计;系于钢瓶容器底部安装一无油式空压机,且将一排气管连接空压机并伸入钢瓶容器内部预定深度,空压机运作时会打入空气至钢桶内、并于钢瓶容器内将液体燃料分解气化后产生可燃之气体及低压,气体会透过压力送出、且送出之可燃气体所产生的燃烧火力可供快速炉具大火快速燃烧以及各种文火燃烧之炉具使用。;钢瓶容器内的压力则由一自动控制压力开关控制其产生之压力大小、当钢瓶容器内压力达到指定压力设定时,空压机自动停止运作,避免因压力过大造成空压机损坏。当钢瓶容器内压力释放后,压力随之降低,达到指定的低压设定时,空压机则会自动启动运转,使压力保持在燃烧炉具所需的压力。当电源关闭后,钢桶容器内则无法产生可燃之气体、亦无于钢瓶容器内产生任何压力。;The bottom of the present invention is equipped with an air compressor which pumps the air into a certain depth of the synthetic liquefied petroleum gas through a pipe, increases the air pressure in the cylinder, and gasifies the synthetic liquefied petroleum gas. The gas is then exported to different devices as fuel by the internal air pressure. ;The pressure within the cylinder is monitored by an automatic pressure control switch. The air compressor stops functioning once the air within the cylinder reaches a specified high pressure to prevent damages to the cylinder caused by excessive pressure. Once the gas is exhausted and the air pressure within the cylinder decreases, the air compressor automatically starts running again. ;When the power is turned off, no air pressure is generated inside the cylinder and the gasification stops, which makes the invention safer and more economic than traditional designs.
