<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method in which antigens for skin diagnosis contained in a specimen can be rapidly detected with high sensitivity by utilizing antigen-antibody reaction.SOLUTION: Provided is a detection method for detecting particular antigens 51 for skin diagnosis contained in a specimen 50. The detection method includes: a first step for preparing a detection container 1 which is provided with a substrate having a plurality of holes 11 for retaining the specimen 50, specific antibodies 41 for specifically recognizing the antigens 51, and polymers 31 having a first unit containing a phosphorylcholine group and a second unit containing a carboxylic acid derivative group, and in which the specific antibodies 41 are carried on a bottom surface (an inner surface) 21 of the holes 11 via the polymers 31, and for preparing the specimen 50 containing the antigens 51, a surfactant, bicine, and a salt; a second step for supplying the specimen 50 to the holes 11 to let the specific antibodies 41 recognize the antigens 51; and a third step for observing the antigens 51 recognized by the specific antibodies 41.</p> |
