The handle 18 includes: a handle base part 401; and a rotary operation body 402 assembled to the handle base part 401 such that the rotary operation body 402 can be rotated and operated. In a non-operation state of the rotary operation body 402, urging means is provided such that a relative rotation position to the handle base part 401 of the rotary operation body becomes a predetermined reference position, and a touch sensor is provided in the handle base part 401. While one end part of the urging means is being fixed to the rotary operation body 402 in a contact state in advance, the rotary operation body 402 is assembled to the handle base part 401, and then the other end part of the urging means is fixed to a conductive part of the touch sensor in a contact state. |
