PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorization device which is small and capable of deodorizing efficiently even to a large space.SOLUTION: The deodorization device comprises: fluid drive means 3; microplasma generation means 4; and ozonolysis removal means 5. The fluid drive means 3 distributes at surface wind speed of 1-5 m/second, and the microplasma generation means 4 has a pair of ceramic substrates 40, the respective ceramic substrates including an electrode. The pair of ceramic substrates 40 and the included electrodes have a through hole 41. To fluid to be deodorized, ozone of 0.1 ppm or more and 10 ppm or less is generated. The ozonolysis removal means 5 is a catalyst mainly formed of manganese oxide, and is disposed at distance by 1 cm or more and 1 m or less of a downstream side of the microplasma generation means. In a state that the ozone is created with the microplasma, the fluid to be deodorized passes the ozonolysis removal means 5. |
