PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a graphene particle/fluoropolymer particle dispersion that is stable for a long time and coatable.SOLUTION: A method includes mixing graphene particles, a fluorosilane coupling agent and a first solvent to produce a first dispersion containing the graphene particles in an amount from about 0.1 to about 0.8 wt.%; concentrating the first dispersion by removing the first solvent to produce a concentrated dispersion containing the graphene particles in an amount from about 2.0 to about 10.0 wt.%; mixing the concentrated dispersion with a fluoropolymer particle dispersion containing a second solvent, a surfactant, and fluoropolymer particles, where the fluoropolymer dispersion has a solids content of about 30 wt.% to about 50 wt.%, to form a second dispersion; and mixing a polymer binder in a third solvent with the second dispersion to form a coating dispersion. |
