PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent leakage caused by the scrape-out action of screw projections with respect to the rotation of a rotating body 200, in a sealing device in which the screw projections 21, 22 are arranged at a seal lip 2 so as to be alternately inverted in a circumferential direction.SOLUTION: At an internal peripheral face of a seal lip 2, there are formed a lip edge part 2a, and an opposite sealing space side conical face 2b which becomes large in diameter toward an opposite sealing B side from the lip edge part 2a, and at the opposite sealing space side conical face 2b, there are formed a first screw projection 21 which is inclined and extends to a constant direction with respect to a circumferential direction, a second screw projection 22 which is inclined and extends to a direction reverse to the first screw projection 21, and a circumferential projection 23 which extends to the circumferential direction while crossing the first screw projection 21 and the second screw projection 22. |
