<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance humidification efficiency when an operation of a humidifier is started, and to humidify a room to desired humidity in a short time.SOLUTION: A humidifier includes: a refrigerant circuit which allows refrigerant to circulate in two adsorption heat exchangers 31, 32 so as to function as an evaporator or a condenser alternately; an airflow generation mechanism 13 which generates an airflow of two systems flowing from outdoors to indoors and from indoors to outdoors, and which allows the airflow of each system to pass through the two adsorption heat exchangers 31, 32 alternately; and an operation control unit for executing a humidification operation by exhausting the air to outdoors by allowing an adsorption agent to adsorb the moisture in the indoor air passing through the evaporator, and by supplying the air to indoors by imparting the moisture desorbed from the adsorption agent to the outdoor air passing through the condenser. The operation control unit is capable of executing a humidity accumulating operation in which, while a humidification operation is stopped, the air flow returning to the indoors or outdoors is generated after supplying the indoor air or outdoor air to the adsorption heat exchangers 31, 32 by the air flow generation mechanism and the moisture included in the air is adsorbed by the adsorption agent.</p> |
