<p>A high-voltage startup circuit comprises: a startup capacitor; a detection and control circuit, for detecting a voltage of the startup capacitor, and outputting a completed startup control signal when the voltage is higher than a voltage threshold, otherwise outputting an uncompleted startup control signal; a charging switch device, for controlling the switch on and off of the charging switch device; a bias circuit, for providing a bias voltage for a control end of the charging switch device and receiving the control signal from the detection and control circuit; wherein when the control signal from the detection and control circuit is the uncompleted startup control signal and a power source end HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) is connected with a power source, the bias circuit provides a first bias voltage for the control end of the charging switch device to switch on the charging switch device, and when the control signal from the detection and control circuit is the completed startup control signal and the power source end HVDC is connected with the power source, the bias circuit provides a second bias voltage for the control end of the charging switch device to switch off the charging switch device.</p> |
