<p>A temperature sensor circuit of the present invention comprises: a first oscillation unit which generates and outputs a predetermined reference signal; a temperature change sensing unit which outputs a third signal where the pulse width is varied by using a first signal phase-synchronized with the reference signal and a second signal to which external temperature change is reflectect; a counter counting a pulse of the reference signal based on the pulse of the third signal. A temperature is measured by using an output of the counter.</p> |
