<p>The present invention relates to an electrical simulator for a cut of carcass capable of selectively giving an electrical stimulation only to a specific local area of the carcass. The present invention can directly insert a fin-shape of an electrode into the carcass to effectively transfer electricity to a muscle inside the carcass, and perform the electrical simulation onto the specific local area which is targeted thereon because the distance of a positive electrode from a negative electrode can be freely adjusted and inserted. Furthermore, an inserting portion of the electrical simulator for the carcass in the present invention can be separated, thereby enabling to easily clean and sterilize the carcass, and the electrical stimulator is a portable type device, thereby enabling to easily perform the electrical simulation to the cut of carcass or the entire carcass by anybody without extending a large-scale electrical simulator facility in a butchery.</p> |
