The present invention relates to a device for regenerating skin with multi-needle hubs, comprising a main body on which an attachment part is formed a lower part of the front end part; an adapter of a needle part which is installed on the attachment part of the main body; and a case of the needle part which is installed on the attachment part of the main body; and multi-needle hubs made from synthesis resin materials which are installed on the adapter of the needle part wherein the multi-needle hubs are composed of an upper surface part integrated into a detachable hole installed on the adapter of the needle part; a side part integrated into the lower side of the upper surface part; and a lower surface part integrated into the lower side of the side part with a plurality of needles arranged in a row in a round shape, thereby being easily manufactured by using an injection molding and being easily taken out of the metallic mold without damage, when the multi-needle hubs are processed in the injection molding, and having an effect of maximizing an procedure effect by arranging more needles compared with that of in the same area.
