摘要

本案关于一种列印装置，适用于对媒体进行列印工作，包括处理模组、列印模组及感测模组。列印模组与处理模组相连接且包括软性喷墨头。感测模组与处理模组相连接以侦测媒体与软性喷墨头间之距离，并传送侦测结果至处理模组。其中，该处理模组根据侦测结果控制列印模组之软性喷墨头产生形状变化，以使软性喷墨头上之每一点与媒体间之最短距离皆为相同距离，俾于相同距离进行列印工作。藉此可有效列印成像于媒体上，使得列印品质提高，且透过选用价格便宜之软性喷墨头，可同时达到有效降低制造成本及运输成本等功效。;A print device applied to print on a medium includes a processing module, a printing module and a sensing module.The printing module is connected with the processing module, among which the printing module includes a flexible inkjet head.The sensing module is connected with the processing module for sensing the distance between the medium and the flexible inkjet head and transmitting a sensing result to the processing module.The flexible inkjet head is controlled to deform by the processing module according to the sensing result, such that the shortest distance between every point of the flexible inkjet head and the medium is the same distance, thereby printing at the same distance.Therefore, the image is effectively printed on the medium, the printing quality is enhanced, and the manufacturing cost and shipping cost are effectively reduced due to using the low-cost flexible inkjet head.
