<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing member having a pattern that is visible from an incident side of light but invisible from an opposite side to the incident side of light, and a light-reflecting polarizing plate used for the polarizing member.SOLUTION: A polarizing member (1) includes, from an incident side of light, a light-reflecting polarizing plate (2) having a pattern, and a light-absorbing polarizing plate (3) disposed in a direction where light is transmitted through the layers.
