摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overload detection mechanism of a rake, the mechanism detecting an overload state of a rake unit with high accuracy and is further highly endurable, by providing the mechanism to detect the overload state when the rake performs raking operation in a rake arm rotary type dust collector.SOLUTION: A rake unit 20 serving as an overload detection mechanism is characterized such that: a connecting shaft 23 moves in the inside of a shaft hole 21a of a drive unit frame 21, keeps a balance and stops when a rake 24 collides with sediment A in the lower part in the raking operation of a rake 24; also a rake arm 22 swings mainly on a stop position of the connecting shaft 23 in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the raking operation and thereby a tilt angle of the rake arm 22 changes; and a tilt angle sensor 26 detects the tilt angle of the rake arm 22 and the change and determines that the rake reaches an overload state when becoming the change of a predetermined tilt angle, and stops the raking operation of the rake.</p>
