The present invention is divided into right and left fixing portions (10-1, 10-2), a connecting portion (10-3), and a left and a right folding portion (10-4, 10-5) forming a connecting section having a thinner thickness (t2, t3) when compared to the thickness (t1) of the other part. A long baffle, appropriate to the entire length of the fuel tank even though an internal space is narrow, is applied to the fuel tank by being transformed into a compressed baffle (1-1) having a shortened entire length (La-2) which shortens the entire length (La-1) before assembling with the fuel tank.
