According to the present invention, a coating layer is formed in the upper part of a base film by using TiO2 and resin. When the resin used for the coating further includes photo polymer, the ratio of the resin and the photo polymer is 1:05 to 1:2. Because the wavelength range of the photo polymer is a green range, reflection efficiency is increased in the green range. Therefore, a white reflection plate which generally increases reflection efficiency in a visible light range, is manufactured so that it can be applied to the reflection structure and the reflection plate of a lighting device. |
