The present invention relates to an air spring suspension including an air bearing. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the air spring suspension including an air bearing canceling torsional movement. To this end, the air spring suspension includes: an upper structure; a lower structure; and an air sleeve. The upper structure includes: an upper end assembly unit having a bearing chamber and an air passage; a lower end coupling unit, where a bearing guide is formed in the upper end part and coupled to the upper end assembly unit, coupled to the air sleeve; an upper porous plate forming an air film on an upper surface of the bearing guide; and a lower porous plate installed in the bearing chamber and forming the air film on a lower surface of the bearing guide.
