PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plan preparation system capable of making processing order of a production unit in a pretreatment process and processing order of a production unit in a post-treatment process be similar order to suppress a load of a yard to be low.SOLUTION: A production plan preparation system 5 of the present invention, in a production line 1 having a pretreatment process 2 for processing a production unit W, a yard 3 in which the production unit W is stocked, and a post-treatment process 4 for processing the production unit W exported from the yard 3, has: a "production unit information content recording step" for recording information on the production unit W; a "production unit processing order recording step" for recording processing order in the pretreatment process 2 and the post-treatment process 4 of each production unit W with respect to the information on the production unit W; a "rank correlation coefficient derivation step" for calculating a "rank correlation coefficient" indicating a correlation between the processing order in the pretreatment process 2 and the processing order in the post-treatment process 4, using the processing order of the production unit W; and a "processing plan preparation step" for preparing a process plan of the production unit W on the basis of the rank correlation coefficient. |
