PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device, lighting equipment and a lighting system that can enhance followability of control with suppressing variation of output light.SOLUTION: A setting unit 20 outputs a setting signal generated by adjusting a conduction angle of AC voltage. A rectifying circuit 3 performs full-wave rectification on the setting signal from the setting unit 20. A first converter circuit 4 converts the output of the rectifying circuit 3 to DC voltage having a predetermined voltage value. Second converter circuits 51a, 51b convert the voltage level of the output voltage of the first converter circuit 4, and output the converted voltage level to corresponding light source modules 6a, 6b. A PWM signal generating circuit 7 generates a PWM signal having the duty ratio corresponding to a conduction angle of the setting signal from the setting unit 20, and generates DC voltage corresponding to the duty ratio of the PWM signal. A first control circuit 9 controls the outputs of the second converter circuits 51a, 51b on the basis of a value obtained by feeding back the variation value of the output voltage of the first converter circuit 4 measured by a measuring circuit 14 to the output voltage of a smoothing circuit 8.
