<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary type fluid machine which improves airtightness between a closing member and a cylindrical member.SOLUTION: A recessed part 20 with which a first opening part is covered is provided by machining such as shot blast on an inner wall surface of the side opposite to a cylindrical member 1, of a first closing member 2. A first resin layer 21 is formed so as to swell to an actuation chamber 5 side rather than an original inner wall surface on the first closing member 2 before forming the recessed part 20. A bolt 81 or the like pushes the cylindrical member 1 in an arrow D4 direction and, thereby, the first closing member 2 is clamped to the cylindrical member 1. The first resin layer 21 is larger than a first opening part of the cylindrical member 1 and is thicker than the recessed part 20 and, therefore, when the cylindrical member 1 is pushed in the arrow D4 direction, the edge part, for example, is held between the recessed part and the closing member and is deformed (elastic deformation). Then, a deformed portion of the first resin layer 21 is moved to a gap space S.</p> |
