PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for suppressing a defect in formation of a wiring pattern by suppressing variance in thickness of a resist film.SOLUTION: An ink jet head has a substrate, a piezoelectric member, an electrode, and wiring. The piezoelectric member is joined to the substrate. The piezoelectric member has a plurality of partition walls perpendicular to a joint plane of the substrate. The piezoelectric member is such that the partition walls each have corners at one end in a vertical direction beveled. The electrode is joined to a partition wall side face of the piezoelectric member. The wiring is arranged on the joint plane between the substrate and piezoelectric member and a surface of the piezoelectric member, and connected to the electrode.
