A roller bearing cage according to one embodiment of the present invention is annular, and maintains an interval between a plurality of rolling elements in a roller bearing in the peripheral direction. The bearing cage is provided with: a plurality of rod-shaped members which are arranged side by side in the peripheral direction, and which restrict movement of the rolling elements in the peripheral direction; a plurality of coupling members with which ends of peripherally adjacent rod-shaped members in the length direction are coupled together; and fixation structures which fix the rod-shaped members to the coupling members such that the rod-shaped members and the coupling members are incapable of relative rotation around axial lines along the length direction of the rod-shape members.
