Disclosed are: an automatic pouch sorting device capable of sorting a defective pouch from a plurality of pouches in a disordered state and arranging the pouches automatically at regular positions; and an automatic pouch sorting method. The disclosed automatic pouch sorting device comprises: a pouch supply unit having a pouch insertion hole into which a plurality of pouches can be inserted and a pouch discharge hole for discharging the inserted plurality of pouches by the individual pouch units; a pouch stacking unit capable of stacking normal pouches; a pouch movement guide unit for guiding the movement of the pouches along a pouch movement path connecting the pouch stacking unit from the pouch discharge hole; a pouch sensing unit arranged between the pouch supply unit and the pouch stacking unit so as to sense the normal state of the pouches discharged from the pouch discharge hole; a pouch blocking unit for selectively blocking the movement of the pouches so as to prevent the stacking of the pouches at the pouch stacking unit; and a control unit for controlling the pouch blocking unit, as the sensing result of the pouch sensing unit, so as to stack the pouches at the pouch stacking unit if the pouches are in the normal state and prevent the pouches from being stacked at the pouch stacking unit if the pouches are abnormal. |
