<p>The present invention relates to a double-row angular contact ball bearing with an integrated flange. The double-row angular contact ball bearing with the integrated flange comprises: an inner ring (110); an outer ring (13) having an integrated flange (170); and a plurality of balls (150) which are rolling elements provided in double rows between the inner ring (110) and the outer ring (130). The trajectory of the outer ring (130) is hardened by high-frequency heat treatment, and the axial length (W) of an outer portion of the outer ring (140), a section protruding from a contact point (A) on which the outer ring (130) and the balls (150) come into contact with each other to the outer side of the axial direction, is formed in proportion to the diameter of the balls. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing a crack due to an external force or vibration from occurring by preventing the generation of a non-hardened section in an end portion of the axial direction of the outer ring (130).</p> |
