<p>The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously detecting changes in ATP and oxygen in a cell using a bioluminescent reporter comprising introducing, into a cell, a gene expressing a first luciferase and a gene expressing a second luciferase; introducing, into the cell, a first luciferin capable of binding to the first luciferase and a second luciferin capable of binding to the second luciferase; expressing the first and second luciferases in the cell; and measuring the amount of bioluminescence generated from the cell in which the first and second luciferase are expressed. According to the present invention, the mechanism of entire energy metabolism, activities, etc. with respect to a specific cell can be confirmed.</p> |
