<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing control device capable of stopping processing desired by a user and to provide the control method and a program. <P>SOLUTION: When a stop instruction of a printing job which is executed at a printing part 106 is received through an operation part 103 and there are a plurality of printing jobs of which the printing is not completed, the printing control device displays a confirmation screen for confirming whether the job is suspended or not on a display part 104. When a stop instruction is displayed on the confirmation screen, the execution of the printing job as an object for stopping is stopped.
