<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manufacture a nozzle of an extruder in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The nozzle is simply manufactured in a short time by searching and taking out an existing nozzle 20 having a swelling degree A (a value obtained by dividing a cross-section of an opening 21 of the nozzle 20 by the boundary length of the opening 21) most approximated to the swelling degree B of a new nozzle from database and after that, determining the opening cross-section of the new nozzle on the basis of the swelling ratio C of the nozzle 20 and the cross-section of a new belt like member.
