<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-axis spline member that neither causes a failure such as an extra portion or flaw in the dedendum of an inner spline tooth nor requires gear-cut machining afterward. <P>SOLUTION: An inner spline gear has a plurality of intermittent teeth 22 in a peripheral array of normal tooth 21. In the inner spline gear, the cross section of a part between the intermittent tooth 22 and the normal tooth 21 adjacent to the intermittent tooth is formed in a uniform wall thickness shape so that a forging flow is evenly distributed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
