<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact illumination performance part. <P>SOLUTION: The illumination performance part includes: a shield part not transmitting light; a light-transmitting part 454 disposed opposite the shield part with a clearance to the shield part and capable of transmitting light; a light-emitting part 460 facing the clearance and capable of emitting light toward the clearance; and a decoration part 464 provided so as to cover a surface opposite the shield part in the light-transmitting part 454 and configured so that a surface at the side of the light-transmitting part 454 can reflect the light, and incapable of transmitting the light. The light-transmitting part 454 is provided with a light guide part 456 formed so as to be irregular in a direction crossing the light emission direction by the light-emitting part 460.
