<p>The present invention relates to a memory system and an operation method thereof. The system includes; a semiconductor memory device which to read stored data; and a controller which receives a command from a host and controls the reading of the semiconductor memory device. The controller determines the program status of the selected memory cells during the reading and adjacent memory cells, divides the selected memory cells into multiple groups depending on interference, and corrects data of a group, among the groups, of which the interference is big.</p> |
